Production:
1.) The spirits are produced from the raw materials in the still.
2.) It is stored in our oak vats for between one and four years.
3.) The spirits are poured into bottles designed by us and stored for further sale.
4.) All of our products can be purchased through the Billen Distillery. We supply on both a national and international basis.

Williams Christ, Mirabelle, Apple, Pear, Damson Plum, Cherry, Sloes, Königskerze [Mullein], Cherry Liqueur, Sloe Fire, Peach Liqueur from vineyard, Blackberry Liqueur.

Sample tasting of spirits
We are pleased to invite you to a sample tasting of our range of spirits and liqueurs; groups of from 10 to 100 people are welcome. In our cosy tasting room you can enjoy the varied range of our products in a pleasant atmosphere. The visit also naturally includes a tour of the distillery. An explanation of how the fruit ends up in the bottles is also provided.
In addition to light sandwiches, we can also serve you coffee and cake on request. We also provide you with the opportunity to consume whole meals from our menu.
